We have made many changes that hold the safety of our patients and staff as the highest priority. We have tried to ensure that we are seeing patients in the safest and most efficient ways possible.




Dr. Rumsey -Covid-19 - What to do Prior to Your Appointment


Prior to Arrival at our Office


  • Complete paperwork on the online portal
  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early
  • Leave friends and family at home
  • Plan to reschedule if you are considered high risk, have been around someone that has been sick, or are feeling sick
  • Please arrive with a make-up free, cleansed face
  • We have temporarily eliminated walk in product sales so shop our online store or call for products to be shipped or pick them up on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM



Arrival at the Office


  • Please practice social distancing and abide by our patient flow process
  • Screening upon arrival will include a temperature check, sanitization, and a Covid 19 questionnaire
  • 100.4 or higher will be referred to their Primary Care Physician and will be rescheduled once symptoms clear We will allow a limited number of patients in our office so you may be asked to wait in your car
  • We have eliminated waiting rooms so please plan to wait in your car
  • Surgical patients will be required to have a Covid-19 Test prior to surgery
  • Surgery patients will be allowed to have their caregiver enter the building once screened to go over post-op instructions

Touch-less Check Out


  • Please add a credit card to your file prior to your appointment by calling in our office
  • We will complete touch less check out in your exam room
  • We will no longer be accepting cash payments
  • Please generate Brilliant Distinctions coupons prior to your appointment. We will be unable to process BD coupons that have not been pre-populated
