Scheduling with Jessica was a breeze, I changed my surgery date a few times and Jessica had already anticipated future dates without having to play phone tag. Arranging follow-ups with Barbara at the front was not only seamless but a pleasure to do. Receiving text message confirmation reminders is a life saver, I am thankful for those.
