Meet Dr. Sternberg
Talented and gifted, Dr. Erez Sternberg is a double board-certified Northeast Florida plastic surgeon who offers cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Although Dr. Sternberg didn’t start in plastic surgery, he has such a profound appreciation for how it can transform lives and how it’s not purely about vanity. Dr. Sternberg loves being able to help his patients “feel great about themselves, recapture their youth and reinvigorate their lives.” This is why he continues to study, learn and grow his knowledge base in order to provide his patients with the latest and greatest procedures available.
Originally hailing from Atlanta, GA, Dr. Sternberg now calls Ponte Vedra Beach home with his board-certified OB/GYN wife, Dr. Rebekah Richmond, and his 2 sons, Rex and Leo. Dr. Sternberg is often outdoors playing with his boys or hitting the slopes as an avid skier. Out and about, Dr. Sternberg and his wife enjoy great local restaurants, traveling around the country, especially to NYC for great food, Broadway shows and shopping. More than anything, Dr. Sternberg loves providing his patients with exemplary care and surgical excellence.

"I am in my early 40's, BRACA positive, and have been living under the dark cloud of my fate since 2003. Every 3 mos I have been alternating the Diagnostic Mammogram, than the Bilateral MRI. I have been fortunate to of had my Breast Cancer caught very early in 2003 and have had 3 lumpectomies since. In May of 2010, 3 of my Doctors strongly suggested I have a Bilateral Mastectomy. I have had an ongoing issue in my right breast for the past 11 mos. and my emotions along with my Doctors care and concerns were nearing the end. My fate ran out and here I was in a daze having to choose a Plastic Surgeon to assist my surgeon during my proceedure. I was given a sheet a paper with a few Plastic Surgeons listed and was told to choose so we could proceed forward.I was still in shock, numb and felt like a walking zombie. I was definately not in any mental shape to make such an important decision. With the list in hand, and some referrals from friends, I set up 3 appointments with 3 Plastic Surgeons in the hopes that I would "just know" when I met the right one. Dr. Sternberg was my 1st appointment. Due to my Surgeons recommendations and another good feeling I had prior to meeting him, I felt he would be the perfect one to start off with.I just wanted to tell a little of my story so you can truly understand what I am about to disclose.I made my appointment with such a "Professional and Caring" member of his team. Ok, now onto the appointment. I arrived at Dr. Sternberg's office and what a "
"My experience with Dr. Sternberg and his staff was an absolute pleasure. I was welcomed and never felt like a patient being rushed through a procedure. Dr. Sternberg took the time necessary to listen and understand the look I wanted to achieve and we discussed several different options. I am very pleased with my results and will be returning for other services. I have recommended TruYou Plastic Surgery to friends and they have been equally impressed. Jacksonville is fortunate to have such a skilled and caring plastic surgeon. "
"I love both Dr Hickman and Dr Sternberg. You will be in great hands as they each really listen to what you want. They are very skilled and are educated on the latest technology and can give you the best options out there to address your concerns. Thumbs up all the way!!! "
