Dr. Aaron Jacobs is a board-eligible Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon originally from York, Pennsylvania. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Penn State University and went on to receive his medical degree from Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA. He completed six years of rigorous training in an integrated plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA—a Level I Trauma and Regional Burn Center. During his residency, Dr. Jacobs was inducted into both the Gold Humanism Honor Society and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, reflecting his dedication to excellence in both clinical care and compassionate service.
With a lifelong passion for the arts, Dr. Jacobs brings a creative and thoughtful approach to surgery. His background in drawing, painting, sculpting, and medical illustration informs his surgical precision and aesthetic sensibility. He also believes in the strong connection between physical wellness and self-confidence, which fuels his commitment to health and fitness—whether that means lifting weights, running scenic trails, or promoting overall well-being.
Dr. Jacobs has a particular interest in rhinoplasty, drawn to its complexity and the individualized artistry required for each case. He also finds great fulfillment in performing breast reductions, which often bring significant relief and renewed confidence to patients. He appreciates the breadth of plastic surgery and finds joy in treating patients from head to toe.
Dr. Jacobs is thrilled to join the team at Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery and is eager to learn from each of the esteemed surgeons on the PVPS team. He looks forward to growing within a collaborative, patient-centered practice and continuing to refine his craft alongside leaders in the field.
Meet Dr. JacobsRobert W. Burk III is a Northeast Florida board-certified plastic surgeon who performs cosmetic procedures and reconstructive surgeries. He is highly sought-after for his vision of balanced body aesthetics.
Meet Dr. Burk IIIDr. Bates has had the honor of practicing plastic surgery on all three coasts. He utilizes the different ideas and techniques that he’s learned along the way to bring the most up-to-date, state-of-the-art, and — most importantly — safe plastic surgery to his patients.
"I was fortunate enough to match into an aesthetic plastic surgery fellowship under the direction of a former president of The Aesthetic Society (formerly the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery). During that time, I not only honed in on my surgical skills but also learned invaluable lessons in clinical patient care and running a private practice. Here at PVPS, we not only have six surgeons for the fellow to work side-by-side with, but also an extensive staff (including advanced practice providers, business management, and medical billing) with endless resources to help educate the fellow in all aspects of aesthetic plastic surgery. It is our way of giving back and advocating for extensively trained, fellowship-educated, aesthetic plastic surgeons."
